Innovation and Entrepreneurship Support
The Innovation Center at the Graduate School of Management will provide practical, hands-on support to its students and graduates to conceptualise, plan and implement innovative projects that lead to successful business ventures. The youth innovation and entrepreneurship program is a comprehensive initiative to address the skill needs of GSM students.

MBA Structure
Our MBA programs are designed to offer the most up-to-date and practical knowledge in Human Resource Management, Project Management, Marketing and Sales Management, Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain Management and International Business. These six areas of specialization are tailor-made to individual needs of our students and markets. Through personalized and adaptive learning methods, students can plan their own studies to fit their needs and resources. The program combines studies and research to provide in-depth knowledge in the different concentration areas.
The MBA is designed to take four semesters. The extent is 120 Credits based on the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS).

The common program studies are compulsory for all MBA students. They include business related courses (48 cr), research methods (qualitative and quantitative) for business management (6 cr) and a series of Innovation and Leadership Seminars (6 cr). The program also includes specialization studies in one of the four areas of specialization (30 cr). At the end of their studies the students will write and defend a thesis on a topic related to their area of specialization.
One (1) Credit comprises 40 hours of student work. This includes online videos, instructor- led webinars, preparation for exams and writing exams.

THE ONLINE MBA PROGRAM
The Online Master of Business Administration (MBA) program is developed and delivered by the Graduate School of Management, Abidjan and supported by Idea2Market Innovations, Ghana. The Graduate School of Management provides high quality and relevant MBA programs with specializations in General Management, Project Management and International Business. This, coupled with the technological and content experience of Idea2Market in the development and distribution of online academic programs, provides the best learning experience and outcomes for our students. The MBA Program has been designed to increase the ability and readiness of the student to face and manage the changes in the working environment. The MBA degree will increase their opportunities in applying for more challenging positions and give skills and knowledge for becoming an entrepreneur or managing innovation and change in organizations.
OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAM
The general objectives of the master level studies in Graduate School of Management correspond to the demand of higher skills and expertise in business life. The aim of the program, based on the requirements proposed by development of the work life, is to equip the student with an adequate knowledge and skills to be able to work in management, development and other specialist tasks in business. In addition to cutting edge knowledge, the program is designed to equip students with the capabilities enables them to develop creatively, collaborate effectively, think innovatively, act responsibly, communicate effectively and gain mastery of leadership and business management. The programs are specially developed for and delivered by distance and eLearning methods using state-of the art technologies and learning tools.

Student Profile
The MBA program is suitable for prospective students in full employment looking to enhance their careers in any of the areas of specialization. It is also designed for entrepreneurs looking to develop the necessary skills and competences to grow their businesses. GSM prides itself for admitting students of high academic and/or professional background and who are motivated to learn independently and with maturity. The programs are suitable for students with backgrounds in business studies, engineering, science and other social sciences. On successful completion of the program students will have gained, and able to demonstrate, understanding of business administration.
Admission Requirements
Admission to study in the programmes of GSM is based on merit. The entry requirements for admission to the programme stipulate that students should hold a Bachelor’s degree awarded by a recognized university or college in any discipline. Admission to the course of studies is subject to the number of places available. Places will be awarded in the order of the binding applications received. Applications for the Master of Business Administration Programme must be made in writing. A student is admitted based on an examination of the his/her documents and qualifications and, if required, an interview with the Enrolment Board.
