The Bachelor of Arts in Law curriculum is fully conducted in English. This encourages cooperation within a bilingual environment, and interaction among students from different countries and the teaching staff, who are recruited from internationally recognized academic institutions with years of experience in legal studies and practice. Students can therefore expect to be rigorously trained on core principles and concepts, theory, and the skills of legal practice. Students will receive training in key foundational areas of law, such as property, contracts, torts, administrative law, business law, criminal law, and civil procedure, which will make them marketable across professions and help them present clearly written and logical arguments.

After the four-year program, students graduate with an internationally recognized qualification which will enable them to secure jobs as individual legal consultants, or in positions at private or government agencies where legal training is an advantage. Upon completion of the curriculum for the Bachelor of Arts in Law, prospective students would be able to:

Begin a career in the legal field, law firms, courts, and public or private settings.
Demonstrate a broad understanding of Ivorian laws and legal practices in other countries.
Apply the core principles, concepts and theories in law, and employ the skills of legal practice.
Identify, analyze and solve various legal problems in organizations.
Demonstrate proficiency in presenting clearly written and logical legal arguments.
Develop the requisite foundation to pursue advanced legal studies.

The curriculum exposes prospective students to laws, legal systems and practices, so that they can think and act like lawyers, enabling them to succeed internationally in careers oriented with legal compliance, governance, national policy formulation and planning. The B.A program in law would therefore help graduates to gain a competitive edge and drive their careers forward, attract challenging and higher paying job offers, and increase the marketability of their professional skills.

Graduates of the GSM bachelor’s program in Law would be prepared to competently perform in law firms, individual legal consulting, government institutions, private settings or non-profit organizations that promote civil rights. Graduates can also find employment in entry or middle level positions in several business organizations that have legal departments or emphasize on legal compliance.

This is a 4-year [8-semester] Bachelor of Business Administration degree with specialization in Human Resource Management, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, and Management. Each year has two semesters. The BBA program covers course work and a long essay/project work. Courses have three minimum credits. The long essay/project work has 6 credits. Each semester’s load will range between 15 and 21 credits. The total minimum number of credits for graduation is 120.

The Bachelor of Business Administration prepares graduates for a wide range of managerial positions in business, government and non-profit organizations. Business administration students acquire fundamental as well as practical and professional skills in all phases of business including decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
The BBA program offers area of concentrations that enable students to tailor their degrees to their career and educational goals. Specializations are available in Accounting & Finance, Management, Human Resource Management and Marketing. All students seeking the BBA degree must complete all courses required for graduation including final project work
