Dr Bismark TANDOH

RECTOR

Dr. TANDOH Bismark is the esteemed Rector of the Graduate School of Management–Abidjan (GSM-Abidjan), where he provides visionary academic and strategic leadership, a respected scholar and administrator with over two decades of experience in higher education and institutional governance. Dr. Tandoh is committed to nurturing excellence, innovation, and ethical leadership in African business education. 

Dr. Tandoh holds a Doctorate in Finance, focusing on financial management, institutional sustainability, and economic development.

Throughout his career, Dr. Tandoh has been a lecturer, industry practitioner, consultant, program director, and academic mentor, influencing policy and practice in institutions across West Africa.

Senior Staff

Mrs. N’GNUAN epse KONAN-WAIDHET BENIE EDWIGE is the Head of Human Resources and Administration. She holds a Master’s degree in Finance (2018) and an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the Graduate School of Management, in partnership with the Institute of Commercial Management (ICM). She is currently completing a Master’s in Human Resource Management. She began her career at GSM as a Career Advisor, later serving as Accounting Assistant (2008–2010), Accountant (2010–2011), and Chief Accountant (2011–2019). Recognized for her dedication, she was appointed Corporate Administrator (2019–2022), and since June 2022, has also been in charge of Human Resources. Mrs. Konan-Waidhet is a member of the Leadership Team.

Edwige N'GNUAN Epse KONAN-WAIDHET

Head of HR & Administration

Mr. Elie EDANH is Head of Governance, Risks, and Compliance at GSM and a member of the Leadership Team. He holds an MBA in Business Management, an Advanced Diploma in Business Studies (ICM/GSM), and a professional diploma in Translation and Interpreting (Intellect Afrique, 2000). He joined GSM in 2006 as a Business English trainer and went on to lead several departments, including Exams, English, and academic programs (BTS, Licence, Bachelor Bilingue). Before his current role (since August 2022), he headed the Quality and Control Department and remains the focal point for the Ministry of Higher Education. Mr. Edanh is also patron of GSM’s Charity and Music Clubs, a professional singer, and passionate about arts, sports, and nature. Mr. Elie Edanh is a member of the Leadership Team of GSM.

Mr. Kassyl Pierre AKA is the head of IT department, He holds a Professional Diploma in Information Technology from NIIT New Delhi India in Accra - Ghana, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Graduate School of Management (2014-2015). He is currently completing his master’s degree in computer Application (MCA) in data science. Mr. Aka is a member of the Leadership team of GSM.

Pierre AKA

Head of Information Technology

Ms. Affousatou KONE is a university graduate, holding a Master of English linguistics and a Master of Public Law. She is currently doing a PhD in English Linguistics. With more than 20 years' experience in teaching the English language, coaching and mentoring students and professionals in various subjects and exams preparation. She joined GSM in 2014 and got a strong interest in teaching Business English, English for specific Purposes and international exams’ preparation (TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC). As a fully-fledged bilingual she is also a freelance translator in English and French. Her passion for teaching and dedication to hard work resulted in her appointment as the head of GSM Language Center since 2023 and as a member of the Leadership team.

Mr Olivier MOULO is the Postgraduate Program Manager for Graduate School of Management. He has experience as a dynamic, innovative, and results-driven team member who values being part of an active, successful Leadership team that succeeds in highly demanding work conditions. He is an Associate Member of the Association of Business Executives. He holds a Business Information System degree with distinction, a Graduate Diploma in Management, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, and he was conferred the MBA in Human Resources Management. He is proficient in managing higher education institutions and academic and business information. He has demonstrated more than five years of combined administrative and faculty experience.

Franck-Olivier MOULO

Postgraduate Programs Manager

Ms. Nassirat KASSAMOU is a graduate of INP-HB, where she was rigorously trained over five years to build the solid foundations of a lifelong career. She holds an Engineering Degree in Marketing, Finance, and Management from ESCA (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce d’Abidjan), earned with honors, and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and Business Administration from ESCAE, with highest distinction. In 2019, she complemented her education with a Certificate in Business English from the University of Brighton, UK. Currently Head of Marketing at GSM and a member of the Leadership Team, Nassirat is driven by professional excellence, integrity, and a strong sense of service. She is committed to creating lasting, positive impact in organizations and society, while contributing to shaping the visionary leaders of tomorrow.

Nassirat KASSAMOU

Dedicated and results-driven, he brings a strong academic background in Accounting and Finance, with both bachelor's and master's degrees in the field. His career began with an internship at the Graduate School of Management, where he transitioned into a full-time Administrative Assistant role. Through dedication and adaptability, he advanced to my current position as Undergraduate Programs Manager, overseeing program coordination, student services, and cross-department collaboration to ensure effective program delivery. With experience spanning finance and academic administration, he offers a unique perspective on institutional efficiency, academic planning, and strategic management. He is passionate about education, leadership, and fostering continuous improvement in higher education. Mr. Kouadio is a member of the Leadership team of GSM.

Gael KOUADIO

Undergraduate Programs Manager

Mr. Frederick NARH is the Dean of Students and a member of the Academic Board. He holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Ghana, and a Bachelor of Science in Operations and Project Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. He is currently completing his Ph.D. in Sustainable Management from Universiti Sains Malaysia. Beginning his career as an economics and Finance management lecturer with Graduate School of Management (GSM) in 2014, his illustrious service to GSM led the Board of Directors to appoint him. Mr. Narh is a member of the Leadership team of GSM.

Vernon Lowe first joined the University in 2006 as Assistant Dean for Academic Support Programs. He served as Assistant Dean until 2013, when he became a full time lecturer at the College. He teaches classes relating to legal theory and reasoning, race and law, gender and law, and in the area of commercial transactions.

After graduating from Kempbelle University with a MA in Communications, Harriet Erickson served as the director of Freshman and Transfer Programs before becoming the Vice President for Student Affairs. Holding both a BA and MA degree in Communications from Kempbelle University, Harriet Erikson has spent much of her professional life at the College.

Wesley Clark was named Senior Advisor to the President in May 2018. An expert in corporate law, he teaches a wide range of courses including Contracts, Sales, Closely Held Business Organizations, Publicly Traded Corporations, Mergers & Acquisitions, International Law and International Securities Regulation.

Senior Advisor to the President

Betty Bowman joined the faculty in 2002, and received tenure there in 2007. Before joining the faculty, she was a visiting assistant professor at Syracuse University College of Law. Prior to that, she was a legal consultant with JPMorgan Chase; a contract attorney for Cravath, Swaine & Moore; and an assistant prosecutor for the Ministry of the Attorney General in Toronto, Canada.

With over four decades of law teaching experience, Johnny Jones is a nationally-recognized constitutionalist who has received numerous awards for his teaching, including the first-ever Pioneer Award for his commitment and dedication to students from the FIU Student Bar Association in 2004. Since then, students have voted him “Professor of the Year” multiple times.

Dean, Diversity and Compliance

Dennis Ruiz was a member of the faculty at Texas Tech University School of Law, where she held the Alvin R. Allison Distinguished Professorship and received every teaching award the law school and the University conferred. She was the Distinguished Fulbright Professor of American Constitutional Law at the National and Kapodistrian University of Greece in 1992.
